If you've been living in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 lately, you already know how it goes: one match you feel rich, the next you're staring at a blueprint you can't afford. I've had those "how am I broke again." moments too, and that's why I started paying attention to what actually bumps your Essence fast instead of what just feels busy. Even stuff like CoD BO7 Bot Lobby talk aside, most players leave loads of points on the table just by queuing the wrong modes or ignoring the easy payouts.

1) Treat Zombies like your bank
Zombies is still the most consistent way to stack Essence if you play it like you mean it. Don't wander around waiting for magic. Go in with a plan. Track the small, repeatable objectives and knock them out on purpose, not by accident. The T.E.D.D. Tasks are the big one here, because they're usually simple and they chain together. You'll get stuff like "get X kills with fire" or "earn X points in a match," and the trick is to build your session around that. Tight maps and quick spawns help because you're always in the action, and you're not wasting time jogging around looking for your next fight.

2) Make Cursed Mode work for you
Cursed Mode can be ridiculous for points, but only if you stop trying to flex expensive guns. Cheap and fast wins. An SMG that melts, an LMG that never stops shooting, whatever you can control while you're moving. You want speed, lots of kills, and clean loops. Cursed ammo is where the profit's at, but don't get greedy. If you're about to rotate or you feel the pressure building, cash out before things go sideways. Losing your haul to a wipe feels awful. Keep your reload habits sharp too; staying topped up means you're farming, not fumbling.

3) In multiplayer, chase the scoreboard the smart way
If you're grinding Essence and you're still spamming TDM, you're basically choosing the slow lane. Objective modes pay you for doing the boring stuff that wins games. Domination and Kill Confirmed are the usual go-tos, because you can stack points from caps, tags, and streaks without needing some highlight-reel KD. Even if you're not the "play the hill" type, you can build around it. Rush and clear lanes, grab tags on the way through, drop equipment where fights repeat. Also, check the daily board every time you log in. A lot of those challenges complete in the background if you pick the right mode first.

4) Stack boosts when the game hands them to you
Events are basically the game saying, "Here, level faster," and plenty of people still ignore them. If there's double score, tokens, or anything that bumps your gains, that's when you should do your serious farming. Don't waste that window on messing around with a brand-new build you can't aim yet. Run what you know works, keep your matches tight, and you'll feel the difference right away. And if you want to speed up the grind even more, some players also look into options like CoD BO7 Bot Lobbies for sale to keep progression moving without turning every night into a marathon.
